HYROX is a global fitness race —the same format in every city, on every course, for every athlete. You run 1km, then complete a functional workout station, then run 1km again. Eight times. The movements test your strength, your endurance, and your ability to keep going when both are running out.
You don't need to have done a HYROX race to join our class. You just need to want to build the kind of fitness that a race like this demands — and to want a coach who knows exactly how to get you there.
Every session is built with a purpose.
Our HYROX classes aren't random conditioning. Every session is planned to develop a specific part of your race readiness — so over time, you become a complete HYROX athlete.
01 Focused warm-up. Movement prep, activation, and priming specifically for what the session demands.
02 Skill or strength work. Technique on the HYROX movements, pacing practice, or targeted strength development. This is what separates a trained HYROX athlete from someone just going through the motions.
03 Structured workout. Running intervals, functional stations, mixed modal — designed to replicate and improve the specific demands of race day. Scaled to every level in the room.
04 Real coaching throughout. Your coach is watching, correcting, and pushing you the whole time. Classes are capped so there's no hiding — and no getting left behind either.
