We've made it as simple as possible — because you're here to train, not to fill out paperwork. Whether this is your first CrossFit class ever or your hundredth box visit, you're going to feel at home from the moment you walk in.
01 Book and pay online. Grab your drop-in pass right here.
02 Pick your class. After booking you'll be prompted to choose your slot. Check the schedule and find a time that works —morning, lunchtime, or evening.
03 Tell us about yourself. Any injuries, limitations, or things we should know about? Let us know beforehand. We'll make sure your coach can tailor the movements specifically for you.
04 Show up, say hi, train hard. Arrive a few minutes early. Introduce yourself to the coach. Then jump in — you're one of us for the day!
A few things before you arrive.
No CrossFit experience needed. Every class is coached from the ground up. If you've never done it before, tell the coach — they'll look after you.
Bring training shoes and water. We have changing facilities on site. If you're coming from a hotel or travelling light, just let us know.
Arrive a few minutes early. The warm-up is part of the session and the coach briefing starts on time — you won't want to miss it.
