Join our fun, guided group classes led by our super-friendly certified CrossFit trainers. Every class kicks off with a lively warm-up, then we dive into skill-building or strength part and then finish with a Workout of the Day (WOD), which can be adjusted to fit any fitness level.
Classes are capped at 12 people — because we don’t do crowds. We coach. That means more eyes on you, more attention, and no getting lost in the noise. You’ll always have a coach who gives a damn about how you move and how you grow.
