Most people who walk through our doors are not fit. They’re busy professionals, parents, people returning to exercise after years away, complete beginners, or simply people who know they need to do something for themselves but aren’t sure where to start.
The purpose of this trial isn’t to test how fit you are. It’s to show you that you can do this.
From the moment you walk in, you’ll be looked after. We’ll show you around the gym, answer your questions, learn about your goals, discuss any injuries or limitations, and help you understand how everything works. You won’t be thrown into a workout and left to figure things out on your own.
Nothing other than being a permanent resident ofMalta and being new to CrossFit. This is your chance to experience our coaching, our crew, and what training at CrossFit Martell is like — at no risk. All classes are beginner-friendly and suitable for any fitness level. Injuries, limitations, years away from the gym — none of that is a barrier here.
At CrossFit Martell, you’ll find people of different ages, backgrounds, professions, and fitness levels training together. Some are looking to lose weight. Others want to get stronger, improve their health, have more energy, build confidence, or simply find a positive routine they can stick to. Everyone starts somewhere, and you’ll quickly realise that nobody expects you to be perfect.
For more than 9 years, we’ve helped hundreds of people across Malta become stronger, healthier, more confident, and more capable. We’ve worked with complete beginners, busy parents, office workers, students, retirees, athletes, and people who never imagined they would enjoy going to the gym.
