This isn't a general fitness class. It's a dedicated specialist class for people who want deep understanding, skill development, and the kind of progress that only comes from deliberate, focused practice.
Each cycle picks 1 or 2 movements and dedicates six full weeks to them. Six weeks of warm-ups, drills, progressions, and accumulated practice — until the movement stops being something you're trying to do and becomes something you can actually do.
Whether we're working on pull-ups, handstands, muscle-ups, ring strength, toes-to-bar, or foundational body positions, the objective remains the same: accumulate meaningful practice, build strength where it matters, and develop proper movement patterns.
By the end of the cycle, you'll have a deeper understanding of the skill, greater confidence, and a clear path to continued progress.
Every session is built around the skill.
Skill-specific warm-up. It is designed to activate exactly what the cycle's skill demands — the right joints, the right muscles, the right patterns.
Targeted drills. Every drill in every class exists for one reason: to move you closer to the cycle's movement. Your coach explains why you're doing each piece, not just what to do.
Progressive skill work. Each week builds on the last. The progressions are carefully structured — so you're always challenged, never lost, and always moving forward.
Coached every rep. Your coaches watch every set and give real-time feedback. Technique is the non-negotiable — you'll never groove the wrong pattern week after week without anyone noticing.
If you want to move your body like it was designed to, this is your class.
Beginners building their first rep. Trying to get your first pull-up, first toes-to-bar, first handstand, or simply learn the foundations correctly? This class gives you the structure, progressions, and coaching needed to build skills safely and confidently from the ground up.
People who want to understand movement. Not just do it — understand it. Why the hollow body matters. What the false grip does. How the kip connects. This class goes deep into the mechanics so you know what you're building and why.
Athletes chasing advanced skills. Muscle-ups, handstands, ring strength — the skills that take time, real structure, and real coaching to develop. Six weeks of focused work gets you further than a year of dabbling.
CrossFitters who want to close the gap. You can handle the conditioning. The gymnastics is the ceiling. Dedicated gymnastics training helps remove weaknesses, improve efficiency, and transfer directly back into your CrossFit classes.
This is a class for people who want more than a workout.
